About the job Sales Engineer
We're seeking technically sound Sales Engineer for US-based startup, that provides a suite of lightning-fast APIs that deliver physical and financial details on more than 150M properties nationwide.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating with clients to understand their requirements, and assisting in the sales process. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Deploying tech stacks and platforms for new customers, helping to onboard them successfully.
- Demonstrating product capabilities and conducting technical presentations to prospective clients to explain the company's products.
- Assisting clients in solving problems and troubleshooting the use of the API-driven platform.
- Collaborating with other engineers to evaluate client needs and ensure error-free product development.
- Meeting with and supporting the sales team in gathering insights about customer needs and requirements.
- Strong deal closing deals

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API integrations
- Basic experience with cloud platforms
- Knowledge of development lifecycle processes
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a collaborative environment

Other Requirements
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Previous software development/product/QA/technical support experience is a plus
Benefits:

- Salary + generous commissions (OTE 80k a year)
