Full-Stack Developer (Python/Django+ React)

Were hiring a Full-Stack Developer to join our small team (2-3 developers). This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in startup environments, wants to ship fast, and enjoys working across the stack.

Project
It is a fast-moving SaaS startup building a media relations platform that connects small to mid-sized brands, agencies, and journalists. Our product streamlines PR workflows with features like AI-powered press kit generation, journalist matching, sample request tracking, and pitch automation. We're a lean team solving real-world problems with smart, efficient tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features using Python/Django (backend) and ReactJS (frontend)
• Contribute to API integrations, including those with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Collaborate on infrastructure and deployment using Docker and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (nice to have)
• Work closely with the founding team to define and iterate on product features
• Own your work from design to production

Requirements

• 4-5 years of full-stack development experience
• Strong experience with ReactJS and Python/Django
• Startup experience is a must
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a small, fast-paced team
• Based in Latin America (LatAm) - remote role

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Prior work with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude)
• Familiarity with PR, media tech, or marketing SaaS tools
