We are seeking an experienced Senior Product/Project Manager to lead our international software development teams in creating and enhancing one of internal projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals

- Lead and manage international software development teams, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

- Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement

- Define and analyze project requirements, translating complex business needs into technical language for developers

- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications

- Monitor project activities and report on status using standard processes and tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements and create detailed specifications

- Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, easily accessible, and useful for all team members

- Foster a positive team culture, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in IT product/project management, preferably in a startup environment

- Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written

- In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading Agile teams

- Proven ability to create and maintain detailed product documentation

- Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders

- Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and relevant technical terminology

- Knowledge of APIs and web services, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams

- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello

Must haves:

- Experience managing diverse teams

- Proven references from past 3 jobs

- Startup experience is a must

- Fluent (C1) English
