Product Designer

As our first Principal Product Designer, you'll take ownership of the entire user experience across iDelsoft's product linesincluding core platforms and new greenfield initiatives. You'll work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to shape strategy, rapidly prototype, and deliver polished, user-centric features that scale across our growing client base.

What You'll Do

Scope & Impact

• Lead our most ambitious design projects from zero-to-one products to full redesigns.
• Define and uphold the design vision and quality bar across all user touchpoints.
• Build and evolve a design system that scales across teams and platforms.

Hands-On Craft

• Design in the browserleveraging HTML/CSS/JS for fast iteration and clear handoffs.
• Write clear, conversational UI copy that matches our approachable voice.
• Share work early and oftendemo, gather feedback, and iterate fast.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor designers and cross-functional peers; raise the standard across disciplines.
• Communicate clearly and proactivelyinternally and with customers (e.g., changelogs, webinars, docs).
• Foster a culture of openness, critique, and constant learning.

• Are collaborative and kind feedback is part of your process.

Must-Haves

• 7+ years designing digital products end-to-end; 2+ years at Staff/Principal level.
• Proven success leading large, cross-functional design efforts.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience building or scaling multi-platform design systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Available for regular overlap with U.S. Central Time hours.

Nice-to-Haves

• Background in SaaS for SMBs, B2B, or healthcare.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Slack, Coda.
• Comfortable speaking in user webinars, product demos, or community events.
