Full-Stack Product Developer (Ruby + React + AI)

Our client (a streaming platform for content creators) is hiring a Full-Stack Product Developer build and own a new onboarding product surface that directly impacts revenue, activation, and user growth.

This is a high-ownership role reporting to the CTO.

What You'll Do

- Build a full-stack experience (Rails + React) from concept to launch
- Lead development of our new Bridge onboarding flow: record or upload one video, launch
- Partner with design to shape, test, and iterate on UX
- Own frontend and backend architecture, implementation, and release
- Instrument user behavior and run experiments to improve conversion|
- Collaborate with growth on upsell triggers and activation strategy
- Make fast scope decisions you simplify, ship, and iterate
- You'll operate with minimal blockers and clear priorities
- You'll get design and QA support from Day 1
- You'll collaborate directly with leadership across growth and product

You're a Fit If You

- Have 4+ years of full-stack experience (Rails + React strongly preferred)
- Are a heavy AI user ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Copilot tools are part of your workflow
- Have a product mindset you ask why, simplify aggressively, and optimize for outcomes
- Enjoy working across design, product, and engineering without silos
- Have worked on growth, onboarding, or monetization flows or are excited to
- Thrive in high-trust, fast-moving environments where you drive the pace
