About the job Developer Advocate/Marketing Engineer
We are looking for a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) for our client to own the positioning, promotion, and perception of our APIs and advanced product capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and partnerships.
Your mission: make our platform feel like the most open, most capable, and most indispensable option in the market for developers and advanced users.

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation: Produce blogs, guides, tutorials, videos, podcasts, sample code, and showcase projects highlighting APIs and advanced features.

Community Engagement: Actively participate in Slack, forums, GitHub, and social channels; collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach.

Campaign Support: Partner with Marketing on launches and updates to ensure strong technical narratives and visibility.

Engineering Collaboration: Work with Engineering to validate feasibility, provide community feedback, and translate developer needs.

Partnership Enablement: Deliver demos, sample projects, and technical content to support ecosystem integrations.
Requirements

Technical background: Comfortable with APIs, SDKs, writing code, and building quick demos (JS/TS/Python preferred).

Storytelling ability: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling, easy-to-follow content.

Experience: Previous work in DevRel, technical product marketing, or developer-focused content creation.

Strategic & proactive: Understands competitive positioning and thrives in a fast-paced, product-led growth environment.

Strong communicator: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills (blogs, guides, webinars, recorded demos).
