Frontend Engineer (LatAm) - React/Redux

Full-Time | Remote | 8am – 5pm EST

We're hiring a Frontend Engineer to build mission-critical software for a highly regulated financial services market.

This person will own the user experience — building interfaces so intuitive that financial advisors want to use the platform every day, and keeping the frontend codebase fast, reliable, and maintainable as we scale.

This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with deep ownership. You'll be the engineer who builds the components, connects them to backend APIs, reviews every frontend pull request, and proposes the architecture changes that keep technical debt in check.

What you'll own

The frontend, end to end:

• Product feature development — components, styles, data flow, and business logic
• Small, reusable UI components and thoughtful enhancement of existing ones
• Data flow between UI and backend APIs, with efficient state management and performance
• Code review for all frontend pull requests
• Root-cause bug resolution and fixes for errors surfaced by Sentry or Customer Support
• Frontend quality — usability, reliability, test coverage, and architecture proposals that reduce technical debt

You'll work alongside the backend team to ensure every feature integrates seamlessly with the rest of the platform.

You're a fit if you:

• Have 5+ years each with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3, and React (function- and class-based components).
• Have 3+ years with Redux or similar state management libraries.
• Have 5+ years with Git and collaborative workflows, and 3+ years building software in teams.
• Have shipped production software used by 1,000+ users or companies.
• Work comfortably in Scrum/Kanban/Agile environments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues methodically and break down big tasks into manageable components.
• Bring strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset.

Strong plus: 2+ years with Bootstrap or similar design systems, experience with Webpack and Babel, and working from requirements in Confluence or Notion.
