About the job Growth Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager responsible for building and scaling our acquisition engine across paid and outbound channels. This role focuses on driving efficient customer acquisition, generating qualified pipeline, and creating repeatable systems that improve funnel performance over time.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will directly build, launch, and optimize campaigns and infrastructure — not manage agencies.
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid, trial period - onsite)

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (campaign structure, tracking, optimization)
- Proven ability to build campaign architecture from scratch (not just optimize existing accounts)
- Experience with landing page testing and conversion rate optimization
- Familiarity with outbound tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, or similar
- Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, and funnel performance metrics
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reporting
- High ownership mindset with strong execution speed
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Rebuild Google Ads account from scratch (campaign structure, tracking, segmentation, negatives)
- Manage paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
- Build and optimize landing pages by vertical and offer
- Launch and scale retargeting campaigns across paid channels
- Build and manage outbound email infrastructure (Instantly, Smartlead)
- Run lead enrichment and list-building workflows (Clay, Apollo)
- Coordinate and test direct mail campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Own channel reporting (CAC, CPL, CPQD, conversion rates, efficiency metrics)
- Work closely with Sales Enablement to refine ICP and outbound targeting
- Design and execute paid and outbound experiments to improve efficiency and reduce reliance on affiliates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SMB or local B2B marketing
- Background in fintech, payments, POS, or retail industries
- Experience supporting outbound sales teams
- Familiarity with multi-channel attribution and advanced tracking setups

Cost per qualified demo (CPQD) from paid channels (50%)
Landing page conversion rates (25%)
Outbound email reply and meeting rates (25%)

- Google Ads account rebuilt with clean structure and tracking

Compensation
Base salary: $90,000 – $100,000
On-target earnings: $110,000 – $130,000
