Were looking for a Accounting Recruiting Manager who thrives on hunting new business and building lasting client relationships. In this role, your focus will be 80% sales driving outreach, running calls, and closing deals with US and Canadian tech companies. The other 20% will involve collaborating with our recruiting team and occasionally sourcing/vetting candidates to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects, schedule appointments, conduct qualifying sales calls, and manage the full cycle to close new business.

  • Run demos, handle objections, and present tailored staffing solutions to client pain points.

  • Prepare proposals and executive-level presentations.

  • Maintain pipeline and activities in CRM (HubSpot/Apollo), producing accurate reports.

  • Drive outbound outreach via cold calls, LinkedIn prospecting, email sequences, and networking.

  • Grow accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.

  • Stay informed about staffing and tech trends to position iDelsofts services effectively.

  • Partner with recruiters to align on open roles and client priorities.

  • Occasionally source or screen candidates to ensure speed and quality of delivery.

  • Submit vetted candidates to clients and coordinate start logistics.

  • Act as the bridge between clients and the recruiting team, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships.

What You Need

  • 3+ years in B2B sales and talent roles (staffing, consulting, or tech services).

  • Proven track record of consistently hitting/exceeding quotas ($1M+ ARR or equivalent).

  • Strong outbound prospecting, closing, and negotiation skills.

  • CRM/automation tools experience (Instantly, Apollo, Linkedin automation).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executives.

  • Fluency in English, available during U.S. EST hours.
