Senior Full-Stack Developer (React/Node + API Integrations) LatAm

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong React expertise and solid API/backend knowledge to join our team. This role requires an experienced engineer (5+ years) who can work independently, deliver high-quality features, and navigate both front-end complexity and enterprise integrations.

Full-Time | Remote | Working according to EST zone

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refactor high-performance front-end applications using React, focusing on functional programming, clean architecture, and complex interactive components.
• Develop and integrate APIs, including enterprise-level CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
• Work on backend features using Node.js, ensuring smooth integration between front-end, APIs, and CRM systems.
• Work across workflow builders, dynamic interfaces, and advanced UI challenges (maps, workflows, 3D components).
• Take ownership of features from concept to production, delivering with minimal oversight.
• Write maintainable, scalable code and contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React (functional components, hooks, performance optimization).
• Solid experience with API integration, and backend work using Node.js.
• Familiarity with enterprise CRM ecosystems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).
• Ability to handle complex front-end challenges beyond simple forms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
