About the job Senior Product Manager (LatAm)
We're hiring a Product Manager to build mission-critical software for a highly regulated financial services market.
This person will own the path from customer problem to shipped product — turning customer insight into roadmap decisions, clear requirements, and releases that move the business forward.
This is a hands-on individual-contributor role with deep ownership. You'll be the product owner who makes prioritization calls, keeps engineering focused on the right work, and gives Sales, Customer Success, customers, and leadership clear answers on what is shipping and when.
What you'll own
The product lifecycle, end to end:
- Customer discovery and product intake
- Roadmap and backlog prioritization
- Requirements, specs, PRDs, and acceptance criteria
- Delivery readiness and sprint planning support
- Release coordination, notes, demos, and feedback loops
- Stakeholder communication across Engineering, Sales, CS, Support, Product Marketing, and leadership
You'll keep a clear source of truth for what's next, why it matters, and how it supports company goals.
You're a fit if you:
- Are strong in product discovery and can turn customer conversations into validated product problems.
- Can prioritize ruthlessly based on customer impact, revenue potential, strategic fit, and technical trade-offs.
- Write clear specs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases that engineers can build from.
- Keep engineering unblocked with a groomed, ready backlog.
- Know how to coordinate releases, communicate scope, surface risks, and measure adoption after launch.
- Are excellent with stakeholders and proactively keep Sales, CS, customers, and leadership informed.
- Can translate between technical detail, business priorities, and customer language.
- Use data to define success metrics, validate decisions, and measure whether shipped work moved the intended outcome.
- Have strong B2B product judgment, especially in complex or regulated environments where details matter.
Strong plus: experience in regulated B2B SaaS, compliance/risk/workflow-heavy products, Sales or CS-led discovery, and partnering with Product Marketing on launches and enablement.
