    Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000 per year
    Location: Hybrid (Office & Remote)
    Billable Hours: 162.5 hours/month

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent healthcare providers and medical institutions in medical malpractice litigation.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
    • Develop case strategies and manage all aspects of the litigation process.
    • Engage in pre-trial preparation, including depositions, witness interviews, and negotiations.
    • Advocate for clients in court, presenting evidence and arguing motions.
    • Collaborate with medical experts, clients, and other legal professionals to build strong defense cases.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to medical malpractice.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active license to practice law in GA.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical malpractice defense.
    • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
    • Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality

    Work Environment:

    • Hybrid work model: a combination of in-office presence and remote work (a few days each week in the office).
