In our Feature and Assembly Integration Group, you will (1) contribute to the development and realization of services with the biggest lithography machine producer worldwide. As an experienced Project Manager, (2) you will lead project negotiations regarding incoming client work and set the initial milestones for our new services while balancing the dynamic nature of the resource pool capacity. Moreover, you will (3) build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders, cultivating trust and collaboration. You will be expected to (4) drive project execution and continuous improvement, ensuring efficient workflows, risk management, and the successful delivery of our services. Equally important, you will (5) align stakeholders and teams, fostering clear communication, collaboration, and adaptability to the evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define scope, goals, and deliverables;
- Work closely with developers to create detailed Work-Breakdown Structures and effort estimations;
- Track and report on project progress and its delivery status;
- Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and are delivered on time, the first time;
- Proactively and reactively manage design or scope changes in projects. Renegotiate and replan as needed;
- Proactively identify issues and drive for their swift and efficient resolution;
- Proactively manage risks and work with key stakeholders by ROAM-ing;
- Ensure all stakeholders and their goals are aligned; proactively flag misalignment;
- Map out dependencies and collaborate closely with partner client teams to avoid bottlenecks;
- Actively seek & provide feedback from the team, clients, and stakeholders;
- Manage and appropriately escalate delivery impediments, issues, and changes tied to the product development initiatives;
- Manage and track team velocity, financials, and other KPIs about the plan and progress reports;
- Ensure JIRA, all project trackers, and budgets, are up to date.
Experience
- 3+ years of PM experience in software delivery projects;
- Experience in managing project budgets, timelines and reporting;
- Experience in working simultaneously on multiple projects with multiple stakeholders;
- Work experience in a multinational environment is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodology is a plus;
- PMI/Prince2/Scrum Master Certification is a plus;
- Software development lifecycle knowledge.
