Responsibilities

Architecture & Engineering (Hands-on)

Design and implement the end-to-end Chrome Enterprise Premium architecture, including:

  • Identity federation and SSO;
  • Context-aware and conditional access;
  • Browser isolation and session controls;
  • Data protection and audit logging.

Translate security and compliance requirements into concrete Chrome policies and enforcement models.

Actively configure, test, and validate:

  • Chrome Enterprise cloud management;
  • User-  and group-based policy inheritance;
  • Secure access to SaaS and internal web applications.

Chrome Enterprise Premium & Google Cloud Engineering

  • Configure and operate Chrome Enterprise (cloud-managed browsers);
  • Implement Chrome Enterprise Premium features;
  • Integrate Chrome Enterprise Premium.

Developer Platform Integration

  • Ensure Chrome Enterprise Premium integrates correctly with Devcontainers, Remote Development Environments (RDE / CNDE), and local developer endpoints (Windows, macOS, Linux);
  • Define clear technical boundaries;
  • Troubleshoot real-world developer issues.

Rollout, Automation & Scale

  • Support pilot deployments, scaling to hundreds or thousands of users;
  • Automate aspects of deployment where possible;
  • Assist EUC / Workplace teams;
  • Provide technical documentation and engineering knowledge transfer.

Experience

Required Technical Experience

  • Solid engineering experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud services;
  • Extensive experience in secure access to cloud consoles (GCP, AWS, Azure);
  • Strong background in identity & access management;
  • Experience with conditional access and zero trust concepts;
  • Experience supporting developers in enterprise environments

Nice-to-have:

Recommended:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Chrome Enterprise Premium;
  • Deep understanding of Chrome Enterprise policy configuration.

Experience in one or more of the following:

  • Developer platforms (devcontainers, cloud IDEs, remote dev);
  • VDI / RDE / CNDE environments;
  • Secure access service edge (SASE) or secure enterprise browsers.

Familiarity with:

  • GitHub / GitLab enterprise configurations;
  • Enterprise logging and monitoring integrations.
