Job Type: Full-time onsite, 50% travel to 4 locations on the Big Island
Compensation: $60,000 base salary plus *performance bonus
* Target earnings in the next 12 months: $85,000-$110,000+ based on results

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager / Resort Photographer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our photography business at the resort, as well as capturing high-quality images for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort photography business, including scheduling, budgeting, and managing a team of photographers and support staff.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with resort staff and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Capture high-quality images of the resort, including landscapes, amenities, activities, and guest experiences.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Manage and maintain photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and other accessories.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific photography needs and deliver exceptional results.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our photography services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in photography, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other photo editing software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for photography and a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of resort operations and customer service principles.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
