We are actively seeking a full-time Trial Tech/Evidence Presentation Consultant to join a leading NYC litigation support firm. What You'll Do:
- Collaborate: Work directly with legal teams to prepare evidence seamlessly for trial and pre-trial events.
- Consult and Advise: Guide attorneys and their clients on the most persuasive ways to present evidence during trials, arbitrations, and hearings.
- Coordinate Logistics: Manage equipment sourcing and setup in courtrooms, war rooms, and research facilities.
- Database Management: Develop case-specific databases for easy retrieval of exhibits, video depositions, transcripts, and legal documents.
- Technical Mastery: Perform multimedia editing, transcript synchronization, and quality control on all client deliverables.
- Support and Educate: Assist in the development of analytical graphics and attend continuing education programs to stay updated on legal technology.

- Education & Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Team Player: Proven ability to excel independently and in a team environment.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Must have a min of 3 years of litigation industry experience. 4-5 years is ideal
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks
- Able to thrive in high-pressure situations and work effectively with team members and clients
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technological advancements
- Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and ability to work both independently and in a team
- Travel is required for this role working onsite trials across the US with their team.
Technical Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Trial Presentation applications (Trial Director 360, Sanction 3, OnCue)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects etc.)
- Experience with Litigation Support tools (TimeCoder Pro, CaseMap, Westlaw, Lexis Nexus Real Legal, LiveNote, Relativity)
