We're on the hunt for a talented Vertical Project Manager to join our successful Fortune 500 Retail Client team nearby the Culver City, California area. If you've got a knack for driving projects to perfection and a passion for process improvement, this could be a perfect match for you!
What Youll Be Rocking:
- Leading a squad of project managers, guiding them to success in campaign ownership and workload balance
- Oversee our client's business categories, ensuring projects are well-resourced and free of obstacles
- Champion change management within your assigned vertical, from process improvements to team training
- Be the go-to timeline expert, refining schedules and mentoring project managers
- Dive into key projects when needed, collaborating with top-tier leaders across the client's organization.
- Represent the creative project management function both internally and externally, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders on organizational initiatives to enhance overall studio performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 6+ years in project management within a retail, advertising or in-house creative agency
- 2+ years managing other project managers
- Strong sense of leadership and ownership
- Deep knowledge of creative project management, content creation, marketing processes, and media plans
- Passion about efficiency and improvements
- Stellar communication skills and strong leadership presence
- Proficiency with Workfront, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar PM software
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
