As the Director of Content Strategy and Commissioning, you'll be a pivotal figure in steering the transformation of the content landscape. Primary Responsibilities:

- - Actively seek out and identify potential show concepts that align with the content strategy to drive robust user growth and engagement on the platform.
- - Evaluate show pitches, proposals, and concepts from both internal and external sources.
- - Conduct feasibility assessments to ascertain the viability and potential success of new show ideas.
- - Lead the commissioning process for new shows, working closely with creators, producers, and content teams.
- - Collaborate with the licensing team to negotiate contracts, budgets, and terms with content partners.
- - Cultivate and maintain a strong content pipeline to engage all user segments on the platform.
- - Work collaboratively with creative, production, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure a unified and integrated approach to content commissioning.
- - Provide clear and concise briefs to creative teams, ensuring alignment with the overall content strategy.
- - Monitor and analyze the performance of commissioned shows, gathering insights to drive continuous improvement.
- - Make data-driven decisions to optimize content offerings based on viewership, engagement, and audience feedback.

- Qualifications:
- - 10+ years of transformative experience in content strategy, commissioning, or related roles within the media sector.
