A national leader in engineering services seeks a talented Temp Graphic Designer to work onsite in the Palm Beach Gardens, FL area. Designer is innovative, hard-working, loves creative collaboration, and is at ease in contributing creative concepts, designs, problem-solving, and developing design solutions. You will align with the Director of Creative Services and the creative team, contributing to print, digital, social, web, and video projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to print, digital, social, web, and video projects.
• Work both independently as a contributor and in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure deadlines are met and set priorities while working with a Project/Traffic Manager.
• Own the quality control process - proofing, reviewing job requests, digital asset management, and asset release.
• Demonstrate strong and effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
• Work comfortably in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in graphic design or related field.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of professional design experience in an in-house or agency team environment.
• Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), PowerPoint.
• Strong design, layout, typography, and creative problem-solving and print production skills.
• Design experience - digital, social media, print, marketing materials, proposals, and PowerPoint presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Bonus if you have added experience with photo retouching/image editing.
• Event/location photography.
• Industry background or experience in engineering, construction, survey, landscape or architecture.

Pay 

The salary is $30/hr, based on experience.
