About Us

We are a global communications agency with deep roots in the pharmaceutical sector, now expanding into new industries. Known for communications expertise, engaging events, and strong creative work, the agency was established in 2009 and has grown into a multi-award-winning organization still led by its founder.

Over the past seven years, growth has accelerated with a shift toward strategic, complex projects involving business transformation and large-scale change initiatives. While clients include major global organizations, the culture remains entrepreneurial and agile. From a team of 10 in 2020, we've grown organically to 100 and continue hiring in 2026 and beyond.

We offer the security of a large, private business with a long-term strategy, combined with an energizing culture focused on developing the team and business to its full potential.

Benefits and Culture

We foster a Culture of Belonging where everyone works in a supportive, friendly environment with a voice and sense of team. While most work remotely, no one works alone. Benefits from day one focus on four key areas:

Wealth – Competitive base salary, 401(k) retirement plan, annual performance-based bonus, employee referral program, paid sick leave, and comprehensive family leave.

Health – Healthcare and dental plans, access to a health savings account (HSA), online mental health therapy, Teladoc virtual healthcare, and a Health Advocate to help navigate benefits.

Growth – Tailored development plans with career pathing, training opportunities, thorough onboarding support, and mentor/mentee programs.

Happiness – Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) including Federal Holidays and a 3-day year-end shutdown, regular team building days, annual company-wide social events, paid volunteering/charity days, and corporate wellness discounts.

Role Overview

We deliver bold creative ideas and fast, high-impact campaigns. As a one-stop shop, we help clients shape, simplify, and visualize complex messages for large audiences, bringing clarity and momentum to initiatives that matter most.

Our work is hands-on and immersive, requiring sharp storytelling instincts and meticulous execution across multiple formats. We build strong, trusted client relationships, organizing around their needs to drive success.

As a Line Producer, you'll work with stakeholders at every level, adapting your style to the audience. In a global agency environment, you'll help navigate cross-cultural teams, time zones, and multinational campaigns, ensuring each project lands with both global consistency and local relevance.
