We're searching for an enthusiastic Seasonal Project Manager to join our successful retail clients private brands team, supporting the development and execution of seasonal programs across multiple product categories. You'll be the driving force that keeps every project moving ensuring timelines, assets, and deliverables are aligned to launch each season seamlessly.
What You'll Be Doing

Tracking and managing timelines for seasonal programs and campaigns across multiple categories

Coordinating seasonal product and creative workflows through the clients systems

Gathering essential details, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop creative briefs and seasonal assortments

Following up with suppliers and vendors to collect information, product assets, and updates, then relaying progress to internal teams

Supporting sample management and seasonal set-up coordination, including logistics for photography, displays, and marketing materials

Conducting seasonal audits and performance reviews (e.g., in-store, online, or packaging updates), communicating findings, and tracking follow-ups

Maintaining clear communication between category leads, design, marketing, and supply chain partners to ensure all seasonal launches stay on schedule
Qualifications

Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Highly detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Proven ability to identify project bottlenecks, anticipate challenges, and pivot plans with cross-functional partners to meet deadlines

Adept at building strong, collaborative relationships across teams and departments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
-
3–5 years of project management experience, preferably within retail, creative, or seasonal product environments
