We are hiring a Production Worker on behalf of a respected employer based in Europe. The ideal candidates should be hardworking, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment and machinery efficiently.
  • Maintain and ensure proper functioning of warehouse machines.
  • Assemble machinery parts and production components.
  • Store finished products and raw materials in designated areas.
  • Complete assigned production tasks within given deadlines.
  • Identify and report defective products or malfunctioning equipment.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages of raw materials or finished goods.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent hazards.
  • Follow manufacturing manuals and production guidelines when assembling machinery or equipment.
  • Assist with packaging and shipping procedures to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Transfer equipment and materials manually or using forklift trucks.
  • Adhere to company safety regulations and quality control standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a production worker, machine operator, or warehouse assistant is preferred.
  • Good understanding of how production equipment operates.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot minor machinery problems.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety rules and preventive measures (safety gear will be provided).
  • Physical stamina to lift and transfer heavy loads manually.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Basic English proficiency is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, one year employment, with the possibility of extension.
  • Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically demanding role requiring long hours of standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials.
  • Primary work locations include factories, production plants, and warehouses.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: 500 - 800 EUR per month (depending on experience).
  • Accommodation provided.
  • Daily meals included.
  • Transportation provided (at least one-way).
  • Work permit assistance available.
