RECEPTIONIST
About the job RECEPTIONIST
We are hiring a Receptionist on behalf of a respected employer based in Montenegro and Croatia. The ideal candidate should be professional, organized, and customer service-oriented, with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail, messages, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain files and records.
- Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them accordingly.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Operate the telephone switchboard: answer, screen, and forward calls, take messages, etc.
- Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading, data entry, and handling invoices.
- Prepare and process memos, correspondence, and travel vouchers.
- Provide information about the companys services and departments.
- Receive and record payments.
- Send documents via email, mail, or fax.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of English language is required.
- Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), office management software is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Location: Montenegro and Croatia
- Full-time, seasonal contract with the possibility of extension.
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Work may involve standing, bending, or light lifting when required.
- Primary work locations include residential buildings, hotels, or healthcare facilities.
- One day off per week.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: From 600 EUR to 1000 EUR (based on experience)
- Accommodation provided.
- Daily meals included.
- Transportation provided (at least one-way).
- Work permit assistance available.
