We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Web 2 Business Development Specialist to join our team, responsible for promoting and selling our media services to prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the digital media landscape, thrives on achieving sales goals, and is passionate about helping clients amplify their messages. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Potential Clients: Engage with potential clients who would benefit from IBC Groups media services.
- Outbound Sales Activities: Conduct cold calling, emails, and social media outreach to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Promote IBC Group's Services: Present and promote our media services to prospective clients, focusing on the unique value we bring.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships by understanding client needs and delivering solutions.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing and strategy teams to understand and effectively communicate our services, value propositions, and media packages.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and strategies.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and our market positioning to address client questions and objections effectively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in media, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital media, social platforms, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or similar tools).
- Expertise in HubSpot or Airtable is highly preferred.
