Job Title: Head of AI Incubator
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the AI Incubator, fostering innovation and growth in AI projects.
- Develop and implement strategies to support and accelerate AI startups within the incubator.
- Collaborate with industry experts, partners, and stakeholders to identify opportunities and trends in AI and cryptocurrency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to AI startups, helping them navigate technical and business challenges.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive research and development efforts to explore new AI technologies and applications.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI projects and startups, providing regular updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in AI, with a strong understanding of AI tools, technologies, and frameworks.
- Proven track record in the cryptocurrency industry, including knowledge of blockchain technology.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with startups, partners, and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

- Experience with AI incubation or startup accelerator programs.
