Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media campaigns across search engines, social media, and Web3 platforms, optimizing for performance.
- Manage programmatic ad buying using automation tools for efficient real-time bidding and cost-effective placements.
- Monitor and optimize social media ads using data-driven insights to adjust for maximum ROI.
- Run Web3-specific ad campaigns, targeting blockchain communities while integrating smart contract-based tracking for user actions.
- Implement tracking systems and analyze performance, using tools like Google Analytics and blockchain explorers to monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up marketing automation tools to streamline ad delivery, retargeting, and reporting processes.
- Manage influencer collaborations and automate partnership tracking to measure campaign impact.
- Oversee display ads and banner automation, ensuring efficient ad placements and continuous optimization for conversions.
- Set up A/B testing for ads to compare performance and optimize creative, targeting, and ad formats.
- Create and manage remarketing campaigns, targeting users based on prior engagement or website visits.
- Integrate ad tracking pixels and conversion tracking across digital assets to improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to design ad visuals and copy that align with campaign objectives.
- Monitor and manage ad budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and meeting monthly ad spend targets.
- Analyze competitor advertising strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Maintain relationships with ad platforms and networks, staying updated on new ad features and tools.
- Generate automated performance reports, providing regular insights to stakeholders on campaign progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on paid media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of programmatic ad buying and real-time bidding.
- Experience with Web3 advertising and blockchain technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
