- Identify and explore new AI-driven business opportunities and market trends.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to foster creativity and innovation in AI applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the agency runs efficiently.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an entrepreneur or in a similar leadership role, with a focus on AI.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, business development, strategic planning, and financial management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively with AI.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and achieve business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, AI, or a related field; MBA preferred.
