Position Overview:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will lead the revenue generation strategy for IBC group. This role is ideal for a proven executive with a strong background in corporate media, digital advertising, and revenue-focused sales leadership. As CRO, you will be responsible for driving the companys revenue goals, with a focus on building and scaling advertising-based revenue streams. This leader will work closely with content, marketing, and sales teams to develop an innovative revenue roadmap aligned with our growth vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive revenue strategies that maximize advertising-based revenue across social media platforms and podcasting networks.
Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team focused on digital advertising, brand partnerships, and sponsorships. Create clear KPIs and performance metrics.
Market Analysis & Positioning: Identify and analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and audience behaviors to adjust strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Advertising Innovation: Develop, test, and implement new ad products, branded content offerings, and programmatic revenue channels.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with major brands, media agencies, and corporate advertisers. Act as a primary point of contact for high-value clients.
Collaboration: Partner closely with content creators, marketing, and product teams to align revenue initiatives with audience growth and content strategies.
Revenue Optimization: Oversee analytics and data-driven strategies to optimize ad performance, enhance monetization opportunities, and increase lifetime value per user.
Budget Management: Establish, manage, and report on revenue budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure profitability and growth targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in corporate media, advertising sales, or a similar revenue-generating leadership role.
Proven track record of scaling revenue in digital media, particularly through advertising and sponsorships.
Strong understanding of digital platforms, audience engagement, and performance metrics across YouTube, X, Instagram, and podcasting platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable revenue strategies.
