i1x is a venture studio that builds capital-efficient B2B companies focused on tech and professional services. We're seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive growth across our portfolio of SaaS products and agency services, with the opportunity to become a co-founder.

The Role:

Lead sales strategy and execution across multiple B2B ventures, with significant ownership opportunities in the ones you scale. This isn't just a sales roleit's a chance to co-build multiple companies from scratch while leveraging our European innovation advantage.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute sales strategies for B2B offerings ranging from $500-$50,000+
  • Build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a data-driven approach
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across North American markets
  • Shape service offerings based on market feedback
  • Scale successful initiatives across our portfolio companies
  • Regular travel to key markets (approximately 25%)


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record selling B2B solutions ($750K+ annual revenue)
  • Experience building sales processes from scratch
  • Strong understanding of US B2B markets
  • Ability to sell both productized services and custom solutions
  • Native-level American English communication skills
  • Independent mindset with excellent remote collaboration abilities
