About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for an ex-consultant with 2-3 years of experience who is eager to work on high-impact projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Role Overview
The individual will play a key role in driving the execution of strategic initiatives across the company. Working closely with senior management, you will manage cross-functional projects, solve critical business challenges, and contribute to the company's long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of special projects, including strategic business initiatives, process improvement efforts, and operational enhancements.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Present findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution.
- Support senior management in decision-making by preparing reports, financial models, and strategic roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or similar roles.
- Experience in financial services, investments, or advisory is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management tools, financial modelling, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Thai.
- Ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, adaptable, and driven to excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
