Position Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our client's expanding team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, fostering relationships, and promoting their state-of-the-art invoice interchange solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Singapore market.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their invoicing challenges.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to customize solutions based on their specific requirements.
- Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
- Develop a deep understanding of our invoice interchange platform.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively, positioning our solutions as valuable assets.
- Sales Cycle Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of invoicing processes and financial technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience.
