JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Construct financial model, feasibility studies and prepare a presentation for future project investment along with performing intensive sensitivity analysis over its cash flow, risks, returns and the possibilities of the project.
- Be able to understand, run and explain financial models, cash-flow projection, and other valuation methods.
- Be able to discuss audit issues such as accounting standards or a concept of TFRS9.
- Construct corporate financial model, prepare company 5 years FS projection.
- Conduct and control company and subsidiaries annual budgeting.
- Cooperating with IPO advisors e.g. Legal advisor and financial advisor to support and organize due diligence process.
- Seeking and arranging equity and debt financing such as bonds, bills of exchange, investment funds to meet the Company's appetite.
- Coordinate with lenders and underwriters for issuing debenture, overdraft, bridge financing green bond or even project financing.
- Manage credit facilities and maintain relationships with financial institutions.
- Preparing, solving, mitigating, and executing day to day issues or ad hoc tasks as required by the management and shareholders on a timely basis in all aspects.
- Oversee overall investor relations strategies and policies.
- Perform Investor Relation tasks such as organizing investor relations activities / preparing presentation materials for SET Opportunity Day, analyst meeting and investor roadshow.
- Assist in preparation and disclosure of information in compliance with SEC and SET regulations.
- Be able to do overall project management.
- Other tasks upon assigned by the supervisor and management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or masters degree in accounting, Finance, Economic, Business administration or Management.
- Age 30-40 years old
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate finance and/or investor relations.
- Proven experience in financial modeling skill.
- Strong financial planning and analysis skills.
- Knowledge of TFRS9 standard will be an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Good command of both English and Thai language.
