Job Overview
Handling all respect of corporate finance, treasury, capital structure, capital allocation, cost of capital, and credit facilities management to maximise shareholders value including IR activities of the company and subsidiaries (together with Group).
Reporting to: Chief Finance Officer
Job Description
Corporate Finance Roles:
- Provide business reviews and analysis on the performance of the current company and subsidiary's portfolio.
- Lead dept and equity financing and disburse to allocate funds to projects as well as oversees corporate liquidity management.
- Overseeing all prospects of finance activities.
- Preparing and updating annual budgets and periodic cashflow analyses.
- Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports and other ad hoc reports as required
- Oversee, supervise, review and develop SET reports correctly, meet deadline, efficiently and agree with current regulations.
- Prepare the consolidated financial projection of the company and subsidiaries located both in Thailand and abroad.
- Credit facilities management
- Analyze the company's financial situation, construct a financial model and recommend appropriate financing structure and financing alternatives.
- Prepare financial materials for BODs meetings and investor relations programs including coordinate to executive road shows, quarterly analyst meeting, etc.
- Assists the relevant department in the production of all annual reports, sustainability reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements.
Investor Relations:
- Oversee overall investor relations strategies and policies.
- Control of all IR activities including the Investor Relations portions of the company website, in particular that information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Gathering and following up on the research of analysts or researchers, including the movement of company stock price.
- Liaising as a key point of contact for investor, analyst, shareholders and be able to give information and answer questions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor and/or masters degrees in corporate finance or related field.
- Professional accountancy qualification is a plus (CFA or equivalent)
- 6+ years' of relevant experience, preferably from a listed company
- Solid knowledge in finance & accounting area
- Strong analytical skills.
- Financial Modelling Skill
- Knowledge of SET and SEC regulations
- Expertise in computer abilities (MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Passionate about working with people from different functions/backgrounds
- High responsibility and be able to work under pressure
- Capacity to think strategically, logically and independently under stressful and demanding situations
Key Skills
- Strong financial technical skill (e.g. financial analysis, financial projection and modelling)
- Understanding of the financial institution industry is a plus (e.g. TFRS9 model)
- Willing to learn new things and able to pick it up quickly
- Able to work independently and prioritise their own works with limited supervision
- Able to work in dynamic environments
