Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Product to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fintech or payment gateways, coupled with at least 10 years of experience in product development and team management. 

As the Lead Product, you will play a crucial role in driving product development, fostering innovation, and leading a dedicated team to deliver exceptional solutions. This role requires a hands-on approach, even with a team reporting to you, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development: Lead the design, development, and launch of cutting-edge Fintech products, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and timelines to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyse competitors, and understand customer requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless product integration and delivery.
  • Customer Focus: Advocate for the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback and insights into product enhancements and new developments.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes to deliver reliable and user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years in product management within the Fintech or payment gateway industry.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership, with a track record of building and growing successful teams.
  • Ability to take a hands-on approach to problem-solving and product development, even in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
