Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst with 2-3 years of experience to join their growing team in the Philippines. This role offers exposure across all aspects of operations, partnerships, and product development, with opportunities to collaborate with teams in Kenya and the Philippines.
As an Operations Analyst, youll be the backbone of the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless service delivery for SME clients. Youll report directly to the Head of Operations and will be involved in multiple verticals, giving you hands-on experience across our clients ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Support Daily Operations:
- Manage the end-to-end operations workflow, from client onboarding (KYC/KYB) to loan disbursement and repayment monitoring.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with operational policies and procedures.
- Handle customer queries via email, SMS, social media, and voice calls, providing top-notch support.
- Monitor and assist with payment follow-ups and collections to maintain portfolio health.
Contribute to Growth and Efficiency:
- Assist the Head of Operations in refining workflows and implementing process improvements.
- Analyze data to monitor loan production, portfolio performance, and operational growth, providing actionable insights.
- Conduct business reviews to assess operational efficiency and propose enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the Product and Engineering teams to test and refine platform features for improved efficiency.
- Support the Partnerships team with onboarding and managing partner relationships.
- Collaborate with the Country Head and other teams during events and strategic initiatives.
Global Exposure:
- Coordinate with the Kenya team to align best practices and drive cross-market operational excellence.
- Participate in cross-regional projects, gaining hands-on experience in diverse fintech environments.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate:
- Experienced Professional: 2-3 years of experience in operations, fintech, banking, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting operational tasks.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Problem-Solver: Youre proactive in identifying inefficiencies and finding solutions to improve workflows and outcomes.
- Customer-Focused: You enjoy resolving customer issues and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Data-Driven: Comfortable working with data and analytics to support decision-making and drive improvements.
- Adaptable Team Player: Thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments, juggling multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
A background in business, finance, or economics is preferred, though a strong willingness to learn and adapt is equally important.
