Our client is a leading Malaysian manufacturing & trading group.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations across all group subsidiary companies. This role demands a hands-on approach, curiosity, and the hunger to grow alongside the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial performance of all subsidiary companies within the group, including those in manufacturing, trading, and logistics.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company's revenue and profitability. 
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the CFO and Co-CEO to provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and decision-making. 
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring the company's financial stability and growth.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance management, with a background in manufacturing or logistics.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations for organizations with annual revenues exceeding MYR 80 million.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with a focus on collaboration and communication.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving financial challenges.
• Local Malaysian candidates only.
