Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our high performing team, remotely, in Indonesia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process for a range of clients across multiple industries. He/she will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and identify suitable candidates to fill their open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions using a range of sourcing methods including social media, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit and suitability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates
- Conduct reference checks on potential candidates
- Negotiate offers to successful candidates
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening to offer acceptance
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our applicant tracking system
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their open positions
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing industry
- Proven track record of success in recruiting for a range of industries, experience in Tech/IT hiring added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and candidates simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
- Good communication skills
