Investment Analyst

Our client is an experienced group of Thailand-based investment professionals with deep local networks, operating and industry expertise, and Thailand and pan-Asia investing and management experience.

They invest in a broad range of industries including, but not limited to, food, technology, healthcare, education, agriculture and manufacturing with geographical preference in Thailand, CMV and other Southeast Asia markets.

What you will be working on:

You will be responsible for undertaking deal origination, investment evaluation, and execution of private equity investments in Thailand and work with C-level executives and board members in overseeing the invested companies and assisting them in operational, financial, and other necessary matters.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on targeted industries and companies
• Formulate investment thesis and strategies and initiatives for portfolio companies
• Conduct and coordinate due-diligence processes for each investment opportunity
• Assist in the execution and financing of investment opportunities including negotiation and drafting of transaction agreements
• Engage portfolio companies to help them grow their businesses and drive value creation initiatives
• Produce regular investment updates for related stakeholders

Requirements:

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

• Strong execution skill in M&A transactions with attention to detail

• Solid business acumen, commercial capabilities and business judgement

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English
