From just 15 customers in 2011, their client base has grown to include over 100+ key customers today, across European, Middle Eastern, African and Asian markets.
About the role
- Customer Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new customers for engine oil and grease products across Vietnam.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across all regions of Vietnam to meet clients and explore new business opportunities. Occasional travel to UAE for review meetings and customer plant visits, all expenses covered by the company.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with the company's objectives.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, particularly within the oil and oil products industry, is highly beneficial.
- Location: Must be based in Vietnam and familiar with the local market.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel extensively within Vietnam and occasionally to the UAE.
Employment Terms:
- Trial Period: Probation period is 3 months, with a permanent role thereafter, based on performance.
