Role Overview:

Our client is seeking dynamic and highly skilled professionals to join their Strategic Management Team. This team will play a critical role in driving and implementing our 5-year strategy aimed at positioning them as the preeminent regional leader in creative programs and beyond. The ideal candidates will possess exceptional logical thinking, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to execute strategies effectively. Experience in academia is not required, but the ability to apply corporate strategies to an academic setting is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Execution: Lead the execution of 5-year strategy across all faculties and departments
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with faculty members, administrative staff, and external partners to ensure unified strategy deployment
  • Program Enhancement: Enhance existing programs and develop new, innovative educational offerings aligned with strategic goals
  • Industry Integration: Establish strong partnerships with industry leaders to bridge the gap between academia and industry practices
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently manage resources to support strategic initiatives, including financial, human, and technological assets
  • Cultural Transformation: Cultivate an international mindset and culture within the university, promoting creativity, innovation, and lifelong learning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic management, project management, or related roles. Experience in the corporate sector and familiarity with academic environments are highly desirable.
