Job Overview:

A BD Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and assisting the Manager in client acquisition and sales strategies. The role involves active market research, initial client outreach, and support in developing effective business proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and List Generation:

  • Utilize databases such as Apollo.io and other research tools to create targeted lists of companies within specific industries. Your proprietary research skills will be essential in identifying high-potential prospects.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee and manage cold calling and email outreach campaigns, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and adhere to our brands standards.

Client Outreach (Linkedin) and Relationship Building:

  • Manage and execute outreach strategies through LinkedIn, connecting and communicating with potential leads to foster interest and set up formal engagements.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to establish relationships and set up meetings.
    Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain and manage a detailed pipeline of the prospective companies contacted through our outreach efforts.
  • Regularly update and report on the pipeline status to ensure visibility and track progress towards their business development goals

Support Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the Key Account Management team to onboard new clients
  • Prepare and assist in presenting business proposals and pitches to clients.

Market Analysis:

  • Keep abreast of market trends, industry changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights to the BD team to inform strategy and approach.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks related to business development, such as maintaining client databases and preparing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
  • Preferably experience in Marketing Agency/Media/Advertising industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
