Our client is a leading asset management group operating a Southeast Asian private equity platform with a focus on Thailand. 

Job Description:

They are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead their organization's initiatives in the education sector. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education management, strategic planning, and project execution. As the CEO, you will be responsible for managing and initiating projects related to the education sector, with a focus on designing new courses, recruiting international students, finding partnerships for universities, and integrating AI into academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans for the organization's education initiatives.
• Plan, recruit and manage a team of professionals to design innovative and industry-relevant courses that meet the evolving needs of students and employers.
• Plan, recruit and direct the international student recruitment efforts by developing marketing strategies, establishing partnerships with overseas institutions, and overseeing admissions processes.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with corporates with the goal of forming a partnership and enhance organisation's reputation and reach.
• Collaborate with academic and technology experts to design and implement an AI integration plan for universities, ensuring that AI technologies enhance teaching, learning, and administrative processes effectively.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that all education projects are executed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the education team to drive excellence and achieve organizational goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in education management to inform strategic decision-making and drive innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the education sector, with a track record of successfully managing and executing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, international student recruitment, and partnership development within the education landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and translate vision into actionable plans.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
