Head of Growth (Investments/PE)

Role Overview: 

They are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as the Head of Value Add. This pivotal role entails driving value creation initiatives across their portfolio companies. Based in Thailand, you will spearhead efforts to maximise the potential of their investments, ultimately contributing to their mission of long-term value generation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive value creation strategies tailored to each portfolio company's unique needs and growth trajectory.
• Collaborate closely with the management to identify key value drivers and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance performance across portfolio companies.
• Provide strategic guidance and support in areas such as market expansion, product development, and M&A activities.
• Establish robust monitoring mechanisms to track progress against value creation objectives and drive accountability.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within portfolio companies, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Act as a liaison between portfolio companies and external stakeholders, including investors, industry experts, and strategic partners.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years' experience in venture capital (VC) or private equity (PE) with a proven track record of value creation and portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of investment principles, financial analysis, and business strategy, with the ability to identify and unlock value drivers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to influence and inspire diverse teams towards common goals.
• Demonstrated expertise in driving operational improvements and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance company performance.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
• Fluency in English and Thai languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
