Role Overview:

As the Deputy, with a specialization in performance marketing, you will focus on optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive results across paid channels (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads). You will work closely with the Head of Agency Business to manage the team, oversee project execution, and ensure optimal campaign performance for clients, particularly SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal results in terms of ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Oversee ads optimization, budget management, and reporting for campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Work with the Head of Agency to design and implement campaign strategies that align with client goals and agency capabilities.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and content teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
  • Analyze campaign data to refine strategies, improve performance, and report insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and training of staff on best practices in performance marketing.
  • Take ownership of key performance metrics related to ads, including CPA, CTR, ROI, and more.
  • Support the Head of Agency in managing operational processes and client relationships when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in performance marketing within a digital agency, ideally with a focus on SMEs.
  • Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in optimizing campaigns for cost efficiency and high performance.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and results to clients.
