Responsibilities:

Corporate Secretarial Duties:

  • Responsible for handling a portfolio of clients (local), attending to all their corporate secretarial matters
  • which include incorporation, registration and the on-going administration of companies.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct compliance checks, e.g. KYC, customer due diligence.
  • Efficiently maintain the statutory register and records of all our clients.

Company Governance:

  • Assist in the organisation and preparation of board meetings and general meetings.
  • Efficiently maintain the statutory register and records of all our clients.
  • Filing and Documentation:
  • Prepare and file necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to corporate secretarial matters.

Client Management and Engagement:

  • Manage and engage with clients on corporate secretarial matters.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Advisory Support:

  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Keep abreast of relevant development and changes in statutory and regulatory obligations.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on corporate secretarial matters.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with relevant parties.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of corporate secretarial experience.
  • Familiarity with Singapore's regulatory framework and company law.
  • Independent, well-organised, with good communication (written and verbal) and time management skills.
  • Positive work attitude, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
