About the role:
This role will focus on financial planning and analysis experience that integrates planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, conducts continuous process improvements, and supports decision-making by the business group or function.
In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to help ensure effective business results and provide routine support to the defined business or function.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) function including Business Plan and Forecast.
- Formulate budget/forecasting models to project financial outlooks precisely.
- Forecast and monitor Revenue, Adjusted EBITDA, CAPEX, Free Cash Flow, and other key finance KPIs.
- Provide accurate and timely management reporting on actual to budget/forecast / previous year performance with comprehensive variance analysis and recommending remedial actions where appropriate monthly.
- Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models to support the decision-making processes. This may include building models for cost analysis, financial projections, capex evaluations, and scenario analysis
- Cost Analysis to conduct a cost analysis to identify areas of cost improvement or optimisation.
- Capex Budgeting and Monitoring: Capex tracking, reporting, and performing post-project audits on capex spend.
- Prepare reports and presentations to the management level on a timely basis monthly and yearly financial analyses of the company's business performance
- Prepare analysis of non-deal related activities and ad-hoc financial analysis to support corporate strategic projects.
- Strong in communication skills and possess a can-do attitude towards work upon assignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- 5-10 years' experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, ideally within the service-oriented industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, financial software, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex financial information to diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong business acumen and a forward-thinking approach.
