Critical Tasks (Maximum Critical tasks)
- Engage with customers during the sales process to gather technical requirements and provide recommendations on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals, RFP responses, and presentations.
- Provide technical expertise to address customer questions, concerns, and objections.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover of projects after the sale.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and Azure features and updates.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within customer organizations.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of Pre-Sale Consultant experience or related fields
Preferred Knowledge
- Proven experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) and Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in preparing and delivering product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer-facing documents.
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Azure are
- Ability to speak English is preferred
