Our client is a leading provider of dialysis services in the Philippines, operating multiple centers dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney conditions.

Role Overview

The Biomedical Engineer will serve as the primary technical expert, responsible for the maintenance and servicing of dialysis machines across all the centers in the Philippines.

This role will ensure all biomedical equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on dialysis machines and related medical equipment.
2. Provide on-site and remote technical support to ensure minimal downtime at all centers.
3. Supervise the installation, calibration, and testing of dialysis machines.
4. Ensure all equipment complies with health and safety regulations and internal quality protocols.
5. Train dialysis center staff on the proper use and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
6. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, service schedules, and spare parts inventory.
7. Work closely with the Operations team to optimise machine performance and support operational goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in servicing and maintaining dialysis machines.
• Proficiency with leading dialysis machine brands (e.g., Fresenius, B. Braun, Nipro).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations.
