About them:
Our client is a leading brokerage company in Thailand, with over 50 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing relationships with existing wealth clients and acquiring new potential wealth clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop and implement effective client acquisition campaigns.
- Plan, analyze, and assess the investment needs of clients in the portfolio, and recommend suitable investment solutions to each client based on their risk appetite and preferences.
- Facilitate investment transactions for clients to ensure smooth and accurate processes are maintained, as well as coordinate with related parties to ensure excellent service is always provided to clients.
- Prepare call plans, call reports, and execute according to plan to foster relationships with existing clients and expand the new client pipeline.
- Maintain ethical and good governance standards that comply with market conduct, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Having an IC license.
