Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our growing team at Hyred in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience across different levels and possess strong communication skills in both English and Thai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
  2. Talent Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  3. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients and make informed recruitment decisions.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruiting across various levels.
  2. Fluent in both English and Thai, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  5. Familiarity with current recruitment tools and technologies.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
