Job Summary
The Project Manager (Salesforce Focus) will lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects for diverse clients, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while exceeding client expectations.
This role involves working closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements, develop comprehensive plans, and drive successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while mitigating risks and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and client stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements, leveraging Salesforce best practices.
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders, preparing detailed status reports and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed to address potential challenges.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operational handover.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and enhancements to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
- Support pre-sales activities by providing project estimates, timelines, and resource planning for Salesforce proposals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, with at least 2 years focusing on Salesforce implementation or CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Certification in PMP or PRINCE2 is advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Thai or other regional languages is a plus.
